Terms of Service for LeadCoachZone

1. Introduction

Welcome to LeadCoachZone. By enrolling in our training and coaching programs or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We offer Training for Directors and Business Coaching delivered by certified experts. Detailed descriptions are available on our site.

3. Enrollment and Booking

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is processed. Details and schedules are provided upon confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees must be settled prior to service delivery. Payment is processed via approved providers and must be completed to secure your booking.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Courses and Coaching)

Clients may cancel up to 14 days before the start date for a full refund of fees. Cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the start date qualifies for a 50% refund of fees. Cancellations within 6 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5.2 Informational Products

Digital materials are available for preview before purchase. Once access is granted, all sales are final. No refunds are provided for informational products due to the nature of digital delivery.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition to qualify for a refund of the product fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of returned items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by LeadCoachZone are the property of LeadCoachZone and are protected by law. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Services and products are provided on an as-is basis. LeadCoachZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
